Boat Ride + Horse Racing Sanlucar 4h

During the afternoons of the months of August a centennial tradition has been celebrated in the guadalquivir marshes, authentic horse races strong> on the shores of the beach of Sanlúcar de Barrameda.

This competition, subject to low tide conditions that converts the area into a natural racetrack, brings together thousands of visitors each year, from the people of Sanlúcar who come to the coast to foreign tourists or tourists from other parts of the Peninsula.

After thinking about it several times, we thought it convenient to incorporate the best of Andalusian culture in an activity that combined both customs: boat rides with the possibility of enjoying this horse riding competition live. amazing. All who visit us are amazed. Normal.

The boat, with capacity for 11 passengers, departs from Chipiona and makes a tour around the famous "Rice Boat", a cargo ship that was dragged along by the current ran aground in a shallow area commonly known as "Bajo Picacho", and continues through the surroundings of the Doñana Natural Park. On the way back, instead of heading in the direction of Chipiona, we will make a stop in front of Sanlúcar to see from the water the horse races at the sunset.

The icing on the cake is the tasting of a manzanilla wine typical of the region and, later, a soft drink while we make the journey or we anchored on the coast to appreciate such a large display. Honestly, you will never forget it.
