The canoeing course takes place across three days and includes both theoretical and practical lessons. You will be provided with all the gear and didactic material so you can focus only on learning the new concepts. You will learn all the key techniques, concepts and movements regardless of your previous experience or lack of thereof. This is achieved in both theoretical and practical sessions that take place in pools and then in rivers and, finally, in the sea.
