Amextreme Aventura is a company with extensive experience in adventure sports. For many years they have organized courses and workshops in the Coruña area. The headquarters is located in Ames, a perfect place from which to organize different activities touring the Galician mountains.

At Amextreme Aventura they offer activities of:

• Canyoning: of different levels (initiation, medium and advanced) and in ravines in the Sierra de Outes area.

There are many ways to explore the river, but none as special as doing it aboard a canoe or kayak. You will feel how you control your own course in this one, two and three-seater boat, crossing the liveliest rivers of Galicia.

At Amextreme Aventura we know that no person is the same, which is why our circuits are not the same either:

• Ulla River Circuit: we suggest you travel two different sections of this river, the first option is the stretch between Herbón and Catoira; In the second you will leave from the Gundián Bridge and reach the Agronovo recreational area in Vedra. The Ulla River is a rough river but easy to navigate, so anyone can do this circuit without prior experience.

• Tambre River Circuit: this river is somewhat wilder than the previous one and we also propose two sections to navigate. You can leave from Portomuro until you reach the river beach of Tapia, a place full of beauty and incredible landscapes, or we also give you the option of traveling the section between the Tambre fishery to the Nafonso bridge or to the Ceylon bridge, you have the last word.

• Arosa estuary circuit: the Galician estuaries are a unique place for their vegetation and all the fauna that you can see while you travel through them. One of the best routes is the one that goes from the town of Caramiñal to Villagarcía and with Kayak Amextreme you can do it sailing in our canoes.

• Ría de Muros Circuit: cross this estuary full of strong emotions from the port of Testal to the town of Muros. You will live an incredible experience while doing sports with your family or friends.

The duration of the tours is around two or three hours but always depends on the group and the skill of the participants. Also, if you want to sail for longer, we can combine more than one circuit and make you spend an incredible day among the waters of Galicia.

Canyoning is a fun and complete sport to do at any time of the year. At Amextreme Aventura we have looked for the best to make you enjoy unrepeatable sensations and emotions that will make you want to repeat.

It doesn't matter if you have never done canyoning or climbing or any similar activity since we have prepared different levels:

• Initiation level: descend the Santa Baia ravine in the Outes mountain range. This place is ideal for learning the basic techniques of canyoning and rappelling safely and without too many surprises.

• Medium level: we propose two ravines on Monte da Curota. The first is the Barbanza ravine, with simple jumps and pools, and the other ravine would be the San Xoan ravine with natural slides and more daring rappels. Both routes will end in the natural pools of Pobra do Caramiñal where you can cool off after a day full of emotions.

• Advanced Level: the Alto Ribeiriño ravine is perfect if you are passionate about canyoning. You will travel through the Outes mountain range to the hermitage of San Paio descending through high rappels and significant slopes.
  You can also use canyoning techniques to descend the Ezaro waterfall on a route that goes from the Xallas River reservoir to this waterfall with an approximate height of 65 meters.
  Another even more complicated ravine is the Verdugo River in Pontecaldelas. This river is quite rough and its waters have left impressive obstacles that give rise to jumps of up to 17 meters.

No matter what your level, our instructors will be with the group at all times monitoring all safety issues and trying to avoid accidents and unforeseen events.

At Amextreme Aventura we have prepared different routes:

• Ulla River: the waters of this Galician river are perfect for starting rafting. You will navigate around certain rapids and waterfalls that are not too high so you can enjoy the river and the landscape around you.

• Miño River: You will travel the section between Cequeliños and Arbo aboard an inflatable raft that you will learn to handle with the help of our instructors. This route is also for those who do not have a level and want to know more about this water sport.

• Río Tambre: discover rafting by traveling the Tambre River with an initiation course that we have prepared for the most inexperienced. We will leave from Ponte Albar and arrive at Portomuro on a route full of rapids and fun.

• Deza River I: all those who already have some experience and some skill in descending rivers will be able to do this medium level route that goes from Bascuas to Cira , Galician regions full of leafy trees and vegetation that takes your breath away.

• Río Deza II: this route is designed for those who want to perfect their technique and take an advanced level route. Descending the Deza River requires certain skill, so this activity can only be done by those who have experience in rafting.

This water sport is done in groups and we recommend it for families or friends who want to complement their vacations or excursions with a fun activity full of adrenaline rushes.

Bungee jumping is an activity only suitable for the most daring and thrill-seeking. If you are one of them, at Amextreme Aventura we invite you to jump on the best bridges in Galicia.
The Galician area is famous for its rivers, its mountains and its vegetation. Lovers of adventure sports come to Galicia in search of excitement and unrepeatable landscapes.
We want to offer you only the best and that is why we have looked for the most appropriate bridges to jump:

• Ceylon Bridge: With a height of 35 meters, you can experience a jump full of adrenaline that you cannot find in any other sport or activity.

• Barcala or Sinde Bridge: this is the lowest jump but no less impressive. You will jump into the void from a height of 18 meters in one of the most endearing places in Galicia.

• Silleda Vila de Cruce Viaduct: it is the highest bridge of those we propose. This viaduct is 50 meters high, making it one of the highest. For this reason, there are many who come to jump in it with Kayak Amextreme on the Deza River.

You do not need any type of experience to do bungee jumping, the only requirement is to be willing to dare everything and have a great time practicing this extreme sport.

Amextreme Adventureinvites you to discover the center of the earth in one of the best ways that exists, enjoying Caving. This great adventure sport allows you to enjoy Mother Nature at its best, discovering a new world that only a few privileged people have been able to contemplate.

You will be delighted with the rock formations that open in our path and the spectacular play of lights that forms in the aquatic areas. Thanks to our location in Galicia, there are many caves that we have at our disposal to carry out Caving, with Arcoia and Buraca dos Choias being the main ones. Both are located in the Padrón region, one of the most recommended areas for practicing sports.

To be able to carry out this activity without any problem, we put at your disposal a complete protective suit and all the necessary tools. You will be accompanied by aqualified guide who will illustrate both the terrain and the natural environment, so that you can learn first-hand what the origin of the current landscape is.

You will be amazed and you will awaken the desire to discover the wonderful world that is hidden in the underground. It is a new way of tourism and enjoying sports, enjoying spectacular and privileged views.

Our activity packages concentrate modalities on the river, on land and in the skies of Galicia. However, some of our favorites so that your colleague or best friend gets to the altar as they deserve are these:

- The most complete whitewater descents in the province: we work on up to 5 rafting sections that will give you the opportunity to face waters of all levels. For a good start, we suggest the simplest ones, which are the one that starts from Xirimbao on the Ulla River, the one that starts from Cequeliños on the Miño or the one that starts from Ponte Albar in the Tambre.

For a group with some level we opted to do medium level rafting in the Deza between Bascuas and Cira. The experts will enjoy more of the area that runs between Ponte Taboada and Silleda on the same river.

- Canyoning at various points: from Santa Baia, in the Sierra de Outes as a proposal suitable for anyone, to the high level of the Xallas River At Ezaro, we will help you decide which expedition you are going on will compensate you according to your characteristics.

- Bungee jumping in two locations: it is the star surprise for the protagonist of the celebration and you can have it launched from the Ceylon Bridge, on the Noia road at 25 meters high, or from the Barcala Bridge. This one is 18 meters to the ground but is even more impressive than the previous one. We encourage the rest of the group to try it too so you can know what your friend just felt.
