Practice Hydrospeed in the Ulla River 4h

You don't know yet what hydrospeed is? Then we give you the opportunity to enjoy this great sport! It will be carried out in the area of O Areeiro, in A Coruña. We will spend an amazing time on the hydrospeed, discovering amazing landscapes and its wildlife.

You will be provided with all the required materials: wetsuit, neoprene boots and a life vest. Our instructors will assist you in the activity. Before being started, they will give you a dynamic explanation on the w you should operate the hydrospeed. The approximate duration of the session will be 4 hours, although it will depend on the pace of the group.

The objective is following the riverstream, for we will go through a stretch of 4 miles (6 kilometers). This activity is suitable for everybody from 12 years old, as long as they know how to swim. People under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

This sport is available all year round, both in summer and in winter. There are different schedules for each season. Wearing a swisuit and bringing a towel is essential.
