If you are passionate about the land, you can choose to walk a cliff or a river path, or better yet, why not both options? Choose according to your degree of difficulty and time because you don't need to have a hard time on trails that are too hard.

- You can ask our specialized instructors which trail is best for you if you are not very sure. All routes that do not start in Barqueiro will have free transportation for customers. You won't have to worry about traveling to different points because we will drop you back at the starting point.

- It is very important that each client brings their own footwear. Because? We recommend comfortable footwear in order to avoid injuries or simply those uncomfortable burning sensations that arise from chafing after all the intensity of a full day.

The hiking days take place every day of the year, you will only have to take into account the cold and rainy months so don't forget your coat or check the forecast!

Now you can go canoeing any day of the year and at any time with Estaca Activities. They are very easy to use so you do not need experience, it is also worth noting that they are unsinkable and very safe. On all canoe excursions you will carry a life jacket, a first aid kit equipped with the basics and an accompanying Zodiac for rescue and safety.

- In just 30 minutes you will have absolute control of the canoe. That's when the landscape will start to take all your attention. Discuss what you are seeing calmly with those who are with you on the boat because you can share it with up to two other people. IF there is an adult, the other two occupants can be children without a problem.

- We offer you a descent through calm waters so that you can enjoy the surroundings and have a greater moment of relaxation. Don't forget your camera to immortalize all those little corners! Every time you look at the photos, you'll want to come back!

- To complete your day with us we also offer you the ski-bus option. A giant float with a capacity of up to 8 people will take you at full speed through those corners accompanied by your group of friends.
