Caving is much more than a sporting activity, it is a unique experience in which you can discover new worlds that remain hidden from the eyes of most humans.

We love to live new adventures and that is why we have looked for some caves that will surprise you whether you have experience in exploring underground caves or if it is your first time.

We have found cavesin both Lugo and Ourense. In the Lugo area we move to Caurel where the most impressive underground galleries have been formed. Our other area of action is Serra Encina da Lastra and you will enter a cave full of paths with a very peculiar beauty.

The total tour in the caves will take you 3 hours so we ask that you have some level and stamina to endure without problem. Additionally, we may have to use rappelling or climbing techniques to cross some areas, so you have to be a little agile to fully enjoy caving.

The section we have chosen is the one that goes from Sobradelo de Valdeorrás to the picturesque town of Villamartín, which we reached after approximately 2 hours of activity. You will go on an inflatable raft that can hold up to 8 people.

Rafting requires you to be at 100% so when we have spent 1 hour descending the river, we will stop to have a picnic with a sandwich that will help you regain all your strength. This stop is made at O Barco and then we will continue descending through the roughest waters.
