Descent of the Sella in a canoe and picnic Arriondas

If canoeing is your thing, there's no need to tell you that Ribadesella is your place of pilgrimage and with us, descending the Sella River is easier than ever. Not only do we provide you with all the equipment but also when we finish, we will have prepared a perfect picnic to regain strength in the surroundings of our most famous Asturian river.

Descending the Sella is one of the most popular activities among active tourism fans. Doing it by canoe is almost an "obligation" for all those looking to do the best-known canoeing route in Asturias, and not only at the national level!

We depart from our base in Arriondas. There we will wait for you with everything ready to leave together aboard our canoes and undertake the International Descent of the Sella. Just worry about coming prepared with shoes that hold well to your feet and swimwear. We take care of the rest!

The fact of never having paddled before is not a problem with us as we will adapt the trip to your level so that no one is left without doing our best-known canoeing route. Thus, those with little or no experience will row for about 8 km, from Arriondas to Toraño and those who are already regulars in this sport will do the route from Arriondas-Llovio-El Alisal, a total of about 15 km.

Also don't worry about the issue of "recharging your batteries" because we will have prepared a perfect picnic for this experience along the Sella River.

In our facilities you have showers and changing rooms so you can change after the canoeing route or even leave your personal belongings right there.
