Activity with a medium level of difficulty! No need for previous experience but with minimal physical preparation.
*Don't forget to bring: dry shoes for the return, mountain jacket or raincoat for cloudy days, small backpack, swimsuit or bikini, waterproof shoes, towel, sunscreen, spare underwear.
*On cold days we provide you with a neoprene suit and booties.
