Description of Descent of the Sella by canoe 16km, 4h adult

Do you feel like doing the most famous and crowded descent inAsturias? Dare to descend the Sella in our canoes to be part of our most deeply rooted culture, starting from Arriondas, in the council of Parres.

To enjoy this adventure we only need you to have approximately 3 or 4 hours, we will take care of the rest of the things. We will provide you with the materials you need to enjoy the canoe excursion, such as the vest, the paddle and canoe, and a waterproof container for your belongings. Everything you need for you and your loved ones to experience it firsthand!

The starting point will be at our headquarters in Ribadesella where we have showers and changing rooms in which you can store your personal belongings and after finishing the experience you will be able to clean yourself up.

From here, we will take you in our vehicles to the departure point in Arriondas. There our instructors will teach you a short canoe handling course and we will tell you what route to take, and then, charging ahead, they are waiting for you 16 kilometers ahead of you! canoe!

If you've never ridden a canoe... don't worry! It is an activity that even children can participate in.

You only have to bring a towel, a swimsuit and shoes that fit well.
