Description of Descent of the Sella in Canoe August 3 adults
We recommend to you a very original journey. It has been performed since long time ago, starting from the locality of Arriondas, until we get to San Román bridge, in the locality of Llovio. This route has a distance of 9,3 miles (15 kilometers).
If you get tired, we can always reduce the section and perform a traject of only 4,3 miles (7 km) from Arriondas to Toraño. The roundtrip is included in the price, done by ourselves.
We'll also provide you a typical Asturian picnic:
- Bolllo preñao de chorizo (typical Asturian roll)
- Chocolate bar
- Dried fruits
- Bottle of water
We also have different types of canoes, one, two and three-seaters, subject to the number of the participants.
Our installations have showers and wardrobe so then you'll be able to change your clothes before and after the descent.

Everything was facilities, we could not go the day we had booked and they did not put any glue to change it. All perfect. We leave from Arriondas, where the tour begins, and give you the option to do the 15 km stipulated or half. The place is spectacular and we were fortunate to have good weather which facilitated the crossing. We were newbies and yet, with the explanations they gave us, we made the 15km journey in the estimated time. 4h with a 20 minute stop to eat.
