Basic technical course of Canoeing in Tormes 3 hours

Would you like to start in the world of canoes and kayaks? These vessels will allow you to visit both the sea and the river with the objective to find new sensations while you practise a refreshing and appropriate sport through all the year. You will do some exercise while you row with the shovel and you will be in full contact with the natural environment given the anatomy of the vessel. We have already prepared for you a series of courses with which you will start and you will improve your skill at progressive steps.

In the level of the basic skill, you will learn to manage the vessel, in such a way that you will know how to position yourself and the best option to row. Furthermore, you will know the different types of shoverful that exist and how it affects to the type of navigation. So you put into practice whatever you have learned, you will perform a descent through a series of rapids. The section will be short but you can experience big sensations. Once you have overcome this level, you need to take a further step.

Many users are concerned on the turnaround on board of the boat, but it is true that there is less than 50 percent probability that it happens. You don't need to be worried about anything because our instructor will teach you the skill you must use so you can go back to the surface, in such way that you achieve to increase your adaptation to the environment after this first contact.

The theoretical and practical sessions will last 3 hours, during which you will receive customized care. We want to adapt at the maximum to your needs, so we will study your case deeply so you can fully start in the kayak world learning as fast as possible and in a safe and an efficient way.
