Safety and Self-rescue Course in Canoe 3 hours

Safety is very important on every adventure sport. On them, you're always looking for taking risks, but you must be aware that beyond the adrenaline rushes and speed, there can be a real danger to be faced. So, in order for you to know what to do in every moment, we offer you the opportunity to learn the safety and self-rescue techniques in canoeing.

With our 3-hour lesson, you will learn different advanced safety manoeuvres in river water. Our instructors will give you the required theory concepts on active and passive safety, so you can prevent all kinds of accidents by using the safety equipment end even solve any inconvenience during navigation. Also, in the event of trailing someone, you also learn how to use the pulley system and what protocols to follow in case of an accident. You can perform first aid until emergency services arrive, always taking into account that what you do directly influences the injured's health.

Once you have the theory, we will proceed to practice. With figurative situations that represent real lifesaving circumstances, our instructors will train you in each step so, in the end, you can perform them autonomously. In this way, if you ever have to face an accident you will know what to do.
