Descent of the Riofrío ravine in Aller 6 hours

The Riofrío ravine is located in the heart of the Sierra de Valverde and has been carved by the course of the Rio Braña . We are talking about a canyoning route that is pure emotion from start to finish and literally, we will be able to verify it as soon as we start, because our first challenge will be a colossal rappel descent of about 25 meters high that It is sectioned in two by a badina that is sandwiched in the middle of this waterfall.

We will land in a small pool and walk through an open walkway without complexity. It will be flat terrain for just a couple of minutes and what comes next is adrenaline in its purest form, because even though we are just starting out, we have already come across the most fun of the Riofrío ravine , the largest waterfall of all this canyoning route and we will also overcome it with a rappel. We will bridge an abyss of a total height of 32 meters.

As you can see, the Riofrío ravine does not give up and is only the beginning. After this great rappelling descent we find two projections, these we can jump or descend again in the same way, but we will decide that on the same day depending on the desire and the flow. After that, you better be prepared, because there is a rappel sequence that seems to never end, in total 5 descents will be the ones we will do, having an average height of about 15 meters.
