To start canyoning in Barcelona, a fantastic option is the Riera del Carme ravine which is located in Santa Cándida, La Anoia, next to Igualada.
It is a ravine that can be descended between March and June, at the time of maximum flow.
Along the way we will find a multitude of elements that make this a very varied canyon. There are several pools with natural pools, on which we can make jumps. There are also slides formed in the rock by the course of the water, and also unevenness that we will have to overcome rappelling.
It usually takes between 3 and 4 hours to complete the entire route. We will take photographs along the descent for you to take with you.
Children can also come, from 10 years old, but they must be accompanied by an adult.
We carry the technical teamo. What you should bring is closed shoes to wear in the water, a swimsuit, a picnic and a change of clothes.
