Description of Canyoning initiation course in Barcelona 2 days

If natural spaces, wild environments and adventure are part of your life, this course is for you. We bring you an initiation course to canyoning in Barcelona. It will take place for 2 days. In addition, we will equip you with the necessary technical material. We give you all the comforts!

We will teach you the general knowledge so that you can safely descend the ravine you choose. During the instruction, we will tell you how to use the material correctly to do, for example, rappelling. For this, the course will be divided into theoretical and practical, although it will be, mostly, the latter.

With qualified canyoning instructors, you will learn in a dynamic and fun way. Our goal? Provide you with the necessary knowledge so that you can go out and practice canyoning with other people with more advanced levels, such as self-rescue. Therefore, the course will prepare you to:

Know how to progress through a ravine (basic maneuvers).
Rappelling techniques.
Assemble and distinguish between the variety of meetings.
Know what facilities we can find in a ravine.
Descender lock.
Interpretation and compression of reviews to locate ravines.

*The course will be held for a minimum of 3 people.
**The location will depend on the group.

The duration of this course is 2 days.

When your activity starts and finishes

The schedule will depend on the activity. Normally it takes place on Saturdays and Sundays. It will stay around 8:00 a.m. and will end at 7:00 p.m.
