Canyoning in Río Verde level 2 Sierra Almijara

We are positive that this experience of canyoning is what you are looking for. With a medium difficulty, turquoise coloured waters and incredible passages, the descent of the Río Verde ravine is the most popular ones in the mountains of Sierra de la Almijara, in the province of Granada.

Next to Otívar, the river awaits with many challenges that you will have to overcome on this level 2 (medium) route. Some of them that are complicated, which is why we ask that you have a previous experience in this water sport. It will have lots of jumps to natural pools, where you can stay to float and take a swim with your classmates. You will see that the photos you will be able to take in these ponds are just something out of this world, as they are surrounded by rocks and green-coloured waters. 

In addition, this canyon has water running in it throughout the year, even during the summer, so doing canyoning here will always be a good way to do sports without getting a heat stroke, especially on the hottest days of the year. There are also a few natural slides, which lead all the way up to Granada's natural pools of this river.
