Description of Canyoning in Río Verde descent 4 hours

Then you will set off and spend four hours crossing its beautiful canyons, doing water jumps, swimming through clear waters and descending walls by rappelling.

Honestly, the experience was not very satisfactory. The organization is not attentive at all; I asked for canyoning for one day and they were unable to communicate that it couldn't be that day.
