Aquatic canyoning in Montrondo, León level 1

It is an activity where you will descend aquatic ravines with boxed areas and jumps up to 8 meters high. Montrondo is located in the municipality of Murias de Paredes, northwest of the capital of León. It is a place where nature abounds, highlighted by the Omaña River through which you will pass along this canyoning activity and by its forests and mountains that surround the >Omaña and Luna Biosphere.

The activity lasts approximately 3 to 4 hours and is perfect for both children and adults. The minimum age is 14 years old and there must be at least 4 people per group. It is also important to remember that as it is a water activity you must bring swimsuit and towel, change clothes, a thermal lycra shirt and hiking boots.
