Initiation canyoning in Aceval/Buzgalegos, 3h

Have you never done canyoning? Well that has to change. We suggest the Aceval/Buzgalegos ravine, one of the best for beginners in this adventure sport.

The descent of this initiation ravine will take us between 2 and a half to 3 hours, approximately, the ideal duration for a first contact. Therefore, here is what you will need to bring:

- Swimsuit and towel.
- Appropriate footwear (boots or trekking type sports shoes).
- Mountain clothing.
- Spare clothes.
- Snacks (nuts, fruit...) and water.

We will take care of the rest of the necessary equipment and material. During the activity you will be accompanied by a professional expert guide in canyoning and with years of experience. Thus, your only concern will be to listen to the guide and have a great time.

You will be able to enjoy up to four simple rappels that will make you fall in love with the privileged environment of the Serra do Courel. During the tour you will face different slippery areas and natural paths that will make this activity a unique experience.
