Do caving in Cueva del Farallón

With caving we approach in practice a science focused on the study of cavities formed in the earth, and the Sierra del Segura has some excellent caves for the development of this activity.

On this occasion the excursion will be in the Cueva del Farallón, a cave located in the valley in which the well-known Cueva de los Chorros is also located and which we will access in groups of a maximum of 6 people. We will make an ascent along an interior route approaching a cavity with wonderful formations that are astonishing due to the balance between their quantity and the state of conservation they present.

The Farallón cave is protected by the Environment delegation, who regulates the entrance to it. This is a route that does not require a high level of prior experience, although it does require the ability to endure a day of intense physical activity.

It is recommended that participants wear comfortable shoes to be able to navigate the cavity easily.

The expedition will be made when there is a minimum group.
