Caving to Cuevamur in Ramales de la Victoria

And we are not talking about any one, but about having the possibility of entering the heart of Cuevamur for almost 8 hours , a remote and immense cave in the locality Cantabrian from Ramales de la Victoria , a town that is almost on the Basque border.

You will only have to prepare a backpack with a towel, a change to change and waterproof boots. When this part is ready, we find a more vertical section that will lead us to another descending ramp that will leave us in front of the Paso del Cordino access. It is a kind of bottomless abyss through which we will have to pass with a fixed rope. This part extends up to about 20 meters and poses us on a balcony from which we will have disturbing views of the Great Chasm , which, as its name suggests, refers to a colossal chasm whose opening seems not to be never end. This part in turn represents the end of our caving route .
