Learn the basics of climbing in a 2-day course for beginners in our climbing wall of Las Palmas . After a few hours of training, you will be able to climb on your own and improve your skills considerably.

The first day of the course we will deal with the theoretical part, essential to understand the risks and precautions of this sport and to get to know its secrets well. Then, we will move on to a practical part, and practice for several hours until we finish our first training session.

We will spend the second day exclusively to practice our climbing. This is a very complete course that will also teach you how to handle the climbing equipment, assurance techniques, climb-down manoeuvers and follow the basic sequence to progress on your rock-climbing technique.
