Psico climbing Ibiza meditation and climbing 4 days

 Pay attention if you like climbing and nature, because we're doing an excursion to Ibiza to do a Psico Climbing program very soon in which you'll be able to exercise your body and spirit.

This program will take place from December 3rd to December 6th, we'll do both meditation and rock climbing.

Our goal is to get to know ourselves better, as well as our surroundings, especially rocks.

Everyone seeking to understand their emotions better and who love nature is welcome to join. Climbing will be the central thread of this course.

Your level doesn't matter here. Both beginners and more experimented climbers can totally benefit from this course.

We're including 3 nights of accommodation in a rural property, on full board (with the possibility for vegetarian and vegan menus). They also do ecological agriculture programs in this house. We'll take you to wherever the activities take place every day.

This course includes a theoretical class and practical activities that can either be private or for groups.

Don't forget a notebook and a pen so that you can take notes. You should also bring a USB storage driver so that you can keep the files.
