Psycho climbing Ibiza meditation and climbing 4 days

If you like climbing and nature, pay attention, because very soon we will make a getaway to the island of Ibiza to do a Psycho Climbing program, in which you will exercise both your body and your spirit.

This program will be taught from December 3 to 6, and during those days we will dedicate ourselves to both meditation and rock climbing.

The objective is to know ourselves better, and also the environment that surrounds us, especially the rock.

All people who seek to better understand their emotions and who love nature can sign up.Climbing is going to be the common thread of the course.

It doesn't matter what level you have in this sport. Both beginners and experienced climbers can take full advantage of the course.

We include 3 nights accommodation in a large rural estate, with full board (possibility of vegetarian / vegan menus). In addition, organic farming programs are carried out in this house. Every day, we will take you from here to the place where the activities are taught.

The course includes both a theoretical approach and practical activities, which will be individual and group.

Bring a notebook or paper and a pen, so you can make notes. You must also bring a pendrive to be able to take the files with you.
