Description of Initiation climbing course7 hours in Madrid

We offer you a 7-hour climbing course, to do in the mountains of Madrid.

We will set a very clear objective: to make you able to independently climb long sports routes in total safety.

We will begin the course with the most basic: explaining each element of the material that we will use, its use, the different knots that we must know how to tie, etc.

We will practice both roping and belaying techniques, as well as to progress in climbing.

We will also learn to get off the hook, descend and abandon a climbing route. Of course, we will learn to prevent all kinds of risks.

You don't need to have climbed before, and normal physical condition is enough.
