mountain sports are our specialty in Eskalmandra , therefore, although our headquarters are located in one of the most traditional neighborhoods of the capital, we move around the country in search of of the best adventures to live and offer to all of you. Adrenaline, exercise, fun and the purest air is all we are looking for for the perfect day.

Our team is made up of qualified technicians and specialized in the different modalities that we offer. We will accompany you to explore the best environments, offering you the greatest security and the best teaching to advance in the practice of the chosen sport.

Among our favorite activities are the following:

• Trekking and hiking routes throughout the year through the Madrid mountains.

• Climbing baptisms in our climbing walls .

• climbing courses in the mountains for all levels, even the most advanced ones such as self-rescue or climbing on edges and needles.

• Tours of the most incredible via ferratas .

• caving outings through the caves of Patones.

• When summer comes, what we like the most is canyoning .

• But neither does winter decline because that is when we take out the heavy artillery and do snowshoe routes, mountaineering, piste skiing ... Nothing can resist us!

We also give you the opportunity to rent the material you need to embark on the adventure if you already have experience. From Eskalmandra we encourage you not to spend a day lying on your sofa knowing everything that is waiting for you outside. Do you need a little push? We give it to you.

If you want to come and see us, you will find us in the Madrid neighborhood of Retiro, but generally we are looking for rivers to travel, taking advantage of all the obstacles and possibilities that these present. Our entire team is made up of mountain technicians, so safety and adrenaline come hand in hand with us every day.

We divide our experiences by courses, so that you can choose the one that best suits your level or the desire to live new experiences:

• The initiation course is designed for those who have never tried this sport, want to have the first experience or even those who want to do a different activity with children and as a family.

• However, the advanced canyoning course is carried out in whitewater and is recommended only for those who have a minimum level 2, or at least, have a good physical condition to be able to overcome all obstacles.

But without a doubt, you stay with the course that you stay, the jumps to the pools, natural slides, rappels ... they will not be missing in our days of canyoning. Don't be the only one to miss out on trying them!

What will the snow have that is to see it and in Eskalamandra we go crazy, hence every winter we get on our skis and we go to explore the best slopes that provoke us the most emotions.

Luckily, by locating our headquarters in the center of Madrid we move through the best environments every time the first snowfalls appear. Our team is made up of mountain technicians with years of experience who teach and perfect techniques to ski even the least skilled in movements, so you will not be an exception.

Among our ski courses you can choose between the following:

• Ski baptism designed for all ages.

• Introductory course to piste skiing. It requires a certain level.

• Advanced course (level 2) of backcountry skiing and off-piste. For those who are already regulars of snow sports.

• We also offer mountaineering courses, both baptisms and advanced levels of winter mountaineering. A challenge for the most daring.

The courses are completely personalized and the best way to do this is to form small groups of like-minded people who want to enjoy this sport.

We plan guided tours for ascents throughout the central area of the Peninsula, La Pedriza and La Cabrera : Peñanalara, Cancho de los Muertos, El Hueso, Santillana Wall ... With any of these names you will already know that any option at our side is a guarantee of fun and adrenaline. Although if you prefer, you can also tell us which route you want to take and which mountain to climb, and we will prepare everything for a perfect getaway.

We will teach you to program your climbing outing, to use safety equipment, to tie knots ... Your level does not matter, since we program from baptisms to climbing days for higher levels.

One of our favorites in Eskalamandra is climbing, but to launch ourselves to climb the best peaks, we first like to get ready and our baptisms in climbing wall is the best option for it.

Although our headquarters is very close to the best-known park in the capital, the Retiro , for your baptism in a climbing wall course we move to the one that best suits your preferences and our professionalism. We will take care of organizing everything, including the material, so you just have to come and have a good time.

Our goal is for you to learn to organize yourself when you want to go climbing autonomously, to cope with any situation with ease. But of course, without giving less importance to basic safety techniques and knots, always think that you gain confidence in your first routes.

The course will consist of 5-7 people maximum. It is perfect for the instructor to pay the necessary attention to each student, focusing on weaknesses and strengths.

We will work on different concepts that are given in the climbing wall. Basic gestural technique, pulley climbing, carrying your partner, jumping, safety near the ground ... Everything you need to know to become an expert climber.

We understand that you are tired of always doing the same thing, it happens to us and that is why we mark the best via ferratas that you can imagine. It would be a mistake to tell you that you will always find us in the center of Madrid , because we like to move around the entire Spanish geography to find the best obstacles to overcome.

All of us are qualified mountain guides and it is the best guarantee you can have to venture onto a via ferrata. We will carry all the material that we will need during the progress, but don't worry, because at all times you will be accompanied by us.

Of the ones we like to visit the most are in Patones , La Pedriza , Torrelodones , Guadarrama ... we We show you the funniest ones, you choose the one you like the most.

We will be for about 6 hours crossing hanging bridges, ascending the staples of the rocky walls ... we will teach you how to cross them in the most fun way.

To perform the ferratas we need a group of at least 4 people, but don't worry because if you can't gather the necessary ones, we will either include you in a group of adventurers like you or we will postpone the activity until the date that suits you best.
