Rappel circuit in Arrábida Natural Park 3 h

If you are passionate about adventure activities , you have to practice rappelling in the Sierra de Arrábida , located within the Arrábida Natural Park famous for its great natural beauty. During 3 hours you will descend vertical walls while enjoying spaces where the native fauna and flora of the area are the main protagonists.

Before starting this activity, one of our expert monitors will give a briefing , in which he will explain the notions of security that you must know so that the activity takes place in the safest possible way . Once this training is completed, we will provide you with all the necessary material to rappel and proceed to descend vertical walls using natural and artificial support points .

Doing a rappel circuit is entertaining in itself, but if we add to this the impressive views that this natural park offers us, we will carry out an activity where all your senses will be knocked out by so many stimuli . The Arrábida Natural Park perfectly combines beaches with turquoise water , with the wildest vegetation in the area and impressive mountains with forests in their tops.
