Description of 6-hour initiation climb in La Pedriza

Are you from Madrid or surrounding areas and are you looking for an exciting plan to enjoy a day with family or friends? If the answer is yes, then you cannot miss this baptism of climbing in the municipality of LaPedriza, Madrid.

This is a first contact with the world of climbing that will make you discover a world full of challenges. You will learn, during half a day, all the necessary techniques to be able to carry out this activity and enjoy it.

We will be accompanied at all times by a specialized monitor who, together with a group of maximum 10 people, will explain to us all the basic notions to be able to delve into the in climbing with total safety.

Within La Pedriza, we will enter what is known as Las Placas de la Coja, a granite batholith that reaches up to 35 meters high, where we will climb and learn to do it autonomously. We will follow the course of the Medio Chico stream for half an hour, until we reach the specific place where we will begin the climb.
