Climbing in Arrábida Natural Park 4 hours

Do you want to experience all the emotion of climbing in a truly spectacular environment? Well, in the central west of Portugal, just 40 minutes south of Lisbon, you will have the opportunity to enjoy climbing the walls of the Cercado de Arrábida during a fast-paced 4-hour day.

The monitor will provide you with a helmet, harness, descender and other necessary material to practice this sport. In addition, it will guide you at all times, during the climbs and rappel sections so that you feel even safer and enjoy the adventure to the fullest.

The meeting point for the activity will be Portinho da Arrábida, one of the most beautiful towns in the entire country, located in the district of Setúbal and very close to the mouth of the Sado. A perfect location to practice climbing due to the characteristics of its mountains, the mild climate and the beautiful turquoise waters that bathe its beaches.

The level of difficulty of this activity is medium / low, being suitable for children from 12 years old. If you were thinking of coming to Lisbon on vacation with your partner or as a family, this may be that original plan that you were looking for to spend part of your free time during the stay.
