Winter Trail Running Crossing 3 days, Pyrenees

With the sports modality of winter trail running you can explore a mountain running and skiing. Nothing can stop you!

The route we suggest you here will be performed in the Western Pyrenees, there is no more emblematic place in Spain!

It is an activity we organize in reduced groups.

We'll visit the mountain within 3 days:

• We are in the Huesca village of Villanúa and we'll go up in car to the port of Somport, where we will have to leave our luggage in the lodge and we will be preparing for the successive days.
• In the first stage we will be touring 12 miles: we will depart from the port of Somport and we'll perform a circular route, going through the feet of the Aspe and the forests of Sanabère, in the French side of the Pyrenees.
• In the second trip we'll perform 8 miles, going through the valley of Aragón until arriving to the village of Canfranc, where we will lodge.
• And we will end up with a spectacular route of 14 miles: climbing the bucolic canyon of Meses until reaching the hill of Magdalena, more than 2,000 metres high to descend near the river to the small village of Aísa. From there we will return in car to the neighbouring Villanúa, finishing there this winter journey.

The rhythm will always be determined according to the physical state of the customers. There is no preset cadence or a strict schedule to fulfill. For that reason, any stage can be cut or modified depending on the weather conditions and the assistants.

When talking about the accommodation, we are responsible for managing the half board accommodation in the mountain refuges, where we will spend the nights:

• 2 overnight stays in half board to finish the stages 1 and 2. The night before or the one of the stage 3 (round tirp), will depend on the travel plan of the customer. Anyway they can be organized, under request and with separate price
• The food of the activity will be carried by each customer (picnic when the activity is developed)

The luggage and the trips of all the schedule from Villanúa should be borne by the company, with a vehicle intended for it. The customers should only arrive to Villanúa tha starting day and the cars should be returned when the schedule is over.
