Flapping Workshop in Madrid

If you like to dive and you would like to improve your technique, take this opportunity and sign up for our Finning Workshop that will help you to adapt to any diving situation. You will learn how to position your legs and how to move during the dive.

The course is divided into different phases, we will work in pools, where you will learn how to improve your buoyancy and how to wade through marine currents, as well as outside the pools. The instructors are specialised in the field and in addition to teaching you, they will record your training in order to correct your mistakes in class watching the video. The goal of teaching the different forms of finning is for the hobby divers to learn to fin in a more efficient manner for which there are different techniques, such as: frog kick, modified flutter kick, finning backwards and the helicopter turn.

The activity has a duration of ten hours spread over a Sunday: from 10:00 to 14:00 theory
and outside pool training, from 15:30 to 18:00 pool training, from 18:30 to 19:30.
