The blue marlin or needlefish is one of the most coveted fish by the sport fishing community all over the planet. Depending on the year, it is possible to have options, you will be in the worldwide competition called "Blue Marlin World Cup" in which the best fishermen of the globe participate trying to capture the heaviest specimen of this species on July 4.

We will sail 48 miles offshore to fish for giant blue marlin with lures and fresh bait, in a location with 3 mountains that rise from 1000 meters to 180 meters deep. To fish in this place, we will decide to fish there some days before, depending on the weather, trying to avoid the very rough sea. At this site we fish with 1 light tackle for white marlin, which is usually in very good numbers and very hungry. Being the best time from the beginning of July to the end of September.

We are going to move around the area of the Gulf of Cádiz, specifically along the onubenses and algarvías coasts (Portugal). Together with your loved ones, family or friends, you will be accompanied by some of the best sport fishermen in the region, who will be delighted to give you all kinds of of tips.

To do this, we put at your disposal an 11-meter seafaring boat, a charter that has a capacity for 5 people practicing fishing. Remember that this activity is also suitable for children from 8 years of age. Throughout 12 hours of navigation, our experts will move along the coast trying to locate the most abundant schools of fish.

We provide all the necessary material to carry out the fishing, that is, rods, rigs, baits ( both artificial and real), fighting chair, stabilizer or harness. Keep in mind that we are talking about large specimens, so the logical thing is that you become aware of the battle that awaits you.

A relentless struggle between man and nature that always, without exception, ends in victory for both. And why is that?, you may ask. Well, basically because we carry out responsible fishing, once caught, all the specimens are returned to the sea to, in this way, guarantee the >ecosystem survival.
