Route of the Regenta in Oviedo of 2 hours

It was published in 1884 and 1885 and it's considered one of the novels that best represent the 19th century in Spain. Behind the name of Vetusta, the city where the story is told, it's the Asturian city of Oviedo.

For this reason, the city has many remarkable places described in the novel, such as the Colosseum, the Casino, the palace of the Vegallana family, the Plaza Nuevo or the Calle del Comercio (the Market Street), without forgetting the statue of La Regenta, sculpted in bronze by Mauro Álvarez Fernánzed.
