Cultural gastronomic route through the Alcarria

We head towards Alcarria in Cuenca until we reach Caracenilla, crossing the Valle del Río Mayor, a place where we will learn how Manchego cheese is made. attending a factory very famous for its Cheese "La Ermita". We will have the pleasure of trying some of their most famous products.

After whetting our appetite, we'll see a Roman bridge and head to an authentic Manchego inn, where food lovers from this land will be very satisfied with their dishes.

Next, we head to Huete, which is the capital of the Alcarria, where we will visit its Church of San Pedro and we will see its imposing tower, from where you can see the entire town and its surroundings.
