Guided walk through the olive groves of Jaén

Begíjar, a town located near Baeza, is home to one of the most important mills in the province of Jaén. Thanks to the hard-work and effort of the Jiménez family to obtain a supreme quality oil, one that is of the extra virgin category, of course. So much so, that many different organisations have acknowledged its quality, and awarded this family and their product several accolades. 

We offer you the possibility to enjoy an oil elaboration experience in order to feel like an olive collector for a day. Jose Antonio will lead you to the traditional olive grove, located 3 kilometres far from the starting point. In there, you'll learn the different special care we give to the olives in order to get an excellent raw material.

Once we reach the oil press, you will be able to gaze at the range of processes that are needed in order to obtain this liquid gold.
