Guided walk through the Olive Groves of Jaén

In Begíjar, near Baeza, is located one of the most important oil mills in all of Jaén. This is the result of the effort of the Jiménez to obtain an oil of supreme quality, of course, of the extra virgin category. So much so, that various organizations have recognized their quality, granting them various awards for their product.

As you can see, we could not offer you a better olive oil mill so that you can have the experience of being an olive grower for a day. José Antonio will be the one to guide you to the traditional olive grove, located just over 3 km away. Here, you will learn the different care that is followed to obtain excellent raw materials.

Once in the oil mill, you will see the various processes that are followed until the precious liquid gold is obtained and the evolution that has occurred in its production process.
