Description of Visit to wild cattle ranch in Gerena 2 h and 30 min
With this visit to our livestock farm located in the Sevillian town of Gerena, we offer you the possibility of entering the magical world of the fighting bull. Throughout approximately 2 and a half hours, you will get to know everything about this wonderful animal.
Upon your arrival at the farm, we will have a reception to introduce ourselves and have a relaxed chat over coffee in the beautiful space of the "cortijo".
Then we will visit our facilities by car or tractor. We'll go through the different fences so we can see the cattle in their natural habitat. With this tour, you will learn about their different stages, from when the calves are with their mothers until they become adult bulls ready for the fight.
We will then walk around the natural laboratory of the livestock, its bullring. There you will be able to know closely how the selection of the future parents is done using what we call "el tentador", as well as some explanations about the technique of bullfighting (without real cattle).
We will finish the activity by having a drink while we talk about the details of the visit and the concepts or techniques that that may have picked your curiosity.
