Hiking in the Sierra de Sueve

Sierra del Sueve, given its proximity to the Cantabrian sea, is the best viewpoint where you rear the head to the Asturian coastline.

In this beautiful route, we suggest you climbing the most important peak of Sierra del Sueve, the Pienzu Peak, from which we can contemplate the close beaches of the Jurassic coast on our feet and the impressive Picos de Europa presiding the Cantabrian mountain range. Between us and these, lies the valley of the river Piloña and the greenery that invades every corner in the Asturian geography.

Once the batteries are recharged in the summit, we will go descending among the pastures where inhabit the most emblematic of the Asturian horses, the untamable Asturcón, to inmerse among the luxuriance of Hayedo de la Biescona, a dream forest, where who knows if it will be inhabited by any of the fantastic creatures of the Asturian mythology.
