Beginning session of the Nordic Walking in Barcelona

Nature provides us with impressive landscapes that sometimes we do not appreciate as they deserve because we are too distracted, but if you are looking to enjoy a natural environment you are in the right place.

We propose an activity in which you will not only be able to observe beautiful views of the countryside but also learn a new sport that will strengthen your muscles: it is a basic session of Nordic walking that will take place near from Barcelona, less than an hour by car approximately.

A Nordic walk is an exercise in which you will travel through natural spaces at a gentle but constant pace, and in this way you will work your muscles, mobility and cardiovascular system in a healthy way and in an outdoor environment.

You will receive a theoretical class at the beginning of the activity as an introduction so that you can go into the matter, and then we will proceed to the practical session in which we will provide you with a cane that will will help to start the walk.

An expert instructor and a technician will accompany you during the activity, which will last 2 hours, after which you will feel like new, healthier and full of vitality.
