It consists on walking with the support of a cane very similar to the ones you use at skiing. To develop this exercise correctly, there exists different techniques, from the original one to the 10 steps. You can do the one you prefer.
We are located at Condal City, in Barcelona, and during 2 or 3 hours you´ll enjoy the best natural landscapes that exist in this province. You will be accompanied at all times with a professional mountain guide that will design the msot complete itinerary.
You have the possibility to come with your own cane, or rent one.
