We are going to take a tour of Lanzarote in which we will discover two of its most important traditional products: wine and cheese.
We want you to discover the authentic Lanzarote, so we will escape the classic commercial circuits and move to the interior of the island. You will discover how the inhabitants of Lanzarote lived in ancient times: how they cultivated the land, where they got water from, etc.
You will learn first-hand about agriculture and the artisanal production of cheese (we will visit a cheese factory) and Lanzarote wine (we will visit some winerys with DO Lanzarote). We will also see an agricultural property that dates back to the 19th century.
To finish the route, we will have lunch with some typical products of the island.
