During the 4 days, the teachers, professional guides of a high mountain, will speak about this topic, will teach you the correct use of the material, we will learn different methods of progress and practice abseiling.
You will learn how to use the piolets and crampons, the auto-stop methods, the use of the strings in the glaciers and the progress simultaneous.
We will teach you the security protocol in the snow (ARVA)
