Forest Mindfulness hiking and relaxation Galicia

From time to time we all need to stop and disconnect from the daily routine, to introspect in ourselves and even know ourselves better. Nature is an extraordinary way to achieve that, and if it's combined with a technique like mindfulness, reaching that state will be better.

We want you to enjoy this experience in the Galician forests, combining it with other experiences like the "shinrin yoku" (Japanese term meaning "forest bath"), barefoot walks among trees, awareness exercises, etc.

We will turn off our smartphones and other electronic devices and we'll merge with the sounds, touch, smells and images that nature offers us. We'll amplify the reach of our senses and our own consciousness.
