In our facilities we try to offer a service in which you will be able to disconnect from everything and rest in nature. We love spending time outdoors and we want to seek sustainable activities that allow you to find yourself and leave behind all the stresses of the city.

Among the different options that you can enjoy with us, we recommend hiking routes if you are looking to spend a great day in nature. Although if you want a great connection with the environment, we will take you to practice Conscious Nature in places full of life and thus get rid of the energy that you have accumulated.

If you really want to break with everything and discover sports in which to let off steam, we will propose two that you will not be able to refuse. The first is climbing that will make you ascend quickly and you will discover new challenges every time you face a wall.

For those who come with friends, we recommend a rafting descent on the Miño River . You will feel the force of the water, you will work as a team and you will have fun in a unique way.

You can stay in our house as long as you want until you think you are fully recovered and ready to return to your daily routine. We will propose other options such as yoga sessions in the middle of nature and a wide variety of relaxation techniques.

Are you looking for a getaway to get rid of all the accumulated tension and do not know what to do to get it? You can try our rafting descents in which you will navigate at full speed through the largest river in all of Galicia: the Miño river.

The section of the Miño River that we have chosen can be descended throughout the year, so this is an ideal option for those long weekend days when you don't have any plans with your friends.

The rafts we use are large and can go up to 10 people s in the same boat. Armed with the oars and dressed in a life jacket and a helmet, you will have to face the white waters of the Miño and dominate them before the river controls you.

To make the activity even easier, we will leave you a wetsuit. So you can face the cold waters of the Miño River with total safety and without worries.

If you are looking for an activity in which you can feel nature in a total way, we propose a very special hiking day. The routes that we will do are between paths full of vegetation, you will discover new sensations and you can even do part of the journey barefoot.

We have different itineraries to follow, such as:

• Ruta del Silencio: the path that we will travel is the one that runs along the banks of the Acebal River . It is a forest full of oak and birch trees in which silence reigns and you can feel the purest part of the forest. It will take us more or less 4 or 5 hours to do the path and nothing more than basic physical resistance is required to complete the route

• Riveras del Río Calvo Route: We will leave from Luneda and take the path that goes to the town of Parada . There we can enjoy a great view of the Dev Valley a and of such picturesque places as the Romanesque churches. Then we will head towards the Calvo River and we will cross its basin passing through bridges, mills and forests. In total, it will be a fairly long itinerary that lasts from 5 to 7 hours depending on your fluency and that of the group. We recommend being used to walking because, otherwise, you will not be able to complete the path as it is somewhat complicated.

• Xabriñas River Route: is the most special route since we will combine a pleasant walk through nature with a visit to places with very unique architecture. We will pass along the banks of the Xabriña River and we will be able to observe the large number of fountains, churches and even old villages along the way.

The horseback rides that we propose from Mundonatura are the most special you will find. We want to get you to relax and get away from the hectic pace of the city while enjoying nature and the environment.

You will not need to have experience or be a semi-professional rider to come riding with us. You just have to make sure you bring comfortable clothes and sports shoes that you think are appropriate to get on the horse.

We offer you two modalities for excursions:

• Initiation walks : it is a simple and short route that will serve as a contact with this animal. You can choose between a 1 hour ride, or a slightly longer one that will take you to ride for 2 full hours .

• Walks for experienced : it is an excursion in which you will spend about 6 hours riding a horse. For this reason, we only allow those who know how to ride well and who have no problem controlling the animal come to this type of itinerary

Nature presents us with great challenges that allow us to overcome ourselves and feel incredibly good. One of the sports that best help us to do this is climbing since with it we will be able to reach the top by testing our limits.

At Mundonatura we want you to discover what it feels like to climb the rock and reach the top after having done your best. The first thing is to practice in our climbing wall that is installed on the walls of the house. Once you have learned the technique, you can go out on the wall and face the authentic natural environment in its purest state.

We do not want you to have a great experience but we do want you to be able to move well since sometimes you have to do certain complicated postures. What you do have to bring are shoes that grip the wall well and serve to climb comfortably.

With Mundonatura professionals you will discover how easy it is to climb the wall and practice climbing. As you achieve the challenges that we propose, we will give you new goals and we will try to give you a feeling of total improvement every time you come.
