From my passion to see the world and promote tourism, GaliciaWalks was born, a Galician company, dedicated to teaching and touring the best places on the Camino de Santiago , through hiking and bicycle routes .

You choose the route you want to do to live this experience, being able to travel different sections of the road, which if you are not clear, you can count on our advice and recommendation. In addition, you can decide what type of accommodation you prefer, what type of regime is best suited to your needs and even if you require transportation for you and your luggage, to and from the airport.

In case of not having any preference, 3 routes already designed are offered to make the journey; the Winter, the Primitive and the Portuguese roads along the coast.

Another possibility to live this experience is to do it on wheels; All routes are adapted to be carried out by bicycle, a more comfortable and bearable means of transport for some that does not pollute or break with the tranquility of nature.

As you can see, an experience worth living, and giving, to discover the best landscapes that Galicia offers us, in the most personalized way and adapted to your taste.

If, on the other hand, you prefer to choose one of our routes already designed, you will also be right:

• The Winter Way : this alternative runs through 4 provinces of the Autonomous Community of Galicia, along serene roads that follow the course of the Sil and depart from Ponferrada to live 11 days of adventure.

• The Primitive Way : as its name suggests, it is the oldest path that leads to Santiago. In addition to being the most fascinating, due to the villages, towns and valleys that are discovered during its 13-day journey.

• The Portuguese Way : quiet and coastal route from the Portuguese city of O Porto to Santiago de Compostela, visiting different amazing beaches, forests and cities for 13 days.

All these routes include accommodation, breakfast, pilgrim's credential and a travel notebook to record all the experiences of this exciting experience.

In addition, we offer transportation service from the accommodation to the airport, and also back.

At GaliciaWalks we consider that walking the Camino de Santiago is one of the experiences that must be lived at least once in a lifetime, therefore, we want to offer all the facilities possible for it; For those who do not get along very well with hiking, we propose the alternative of doing the route by bicycle . A bearable option that respects the environment by not polluting neither the environment nor the acoustics.

Either with your bike, or renting one of ours, take the route that best suits you, being able to choose a experience designed for you or one of the 3 routes that we put at your disposal and that are adapted to this means of transport:

• The Primitive Way : it is one of the oldest routes, which leads to Santiago de Compostela from Oviedo, and crosses amazing valleys, villages and Roman cities, in its 13-day journey.
• El Camino de Invierno : another of the sections of the Camino de Santiago, which starts from Pontevedra and follows the course of the Sil River, as it travels through all the Galician provinces along quiet and pleasant paths between vineyards.
• The Portuguese Coastal Way : this 13-day option runs along the coast along the Atlantic coast, passing through impressive beaches, ancient cities and rich forests, from O Porto to Santiago de Compostela.

The 3 options include; accommodation with special breakfast and private bathroom, travel notebook, pilgrim's credential, 24-hour telephone assistance and necessary documentation.
