• Canyoning in Cavadosa , Santabaia , Cerves , Verdugo or Rego da Cal . You choose which is the ravine that best suits your desire to discover new challenges.

• Are you one of those who wants to feel an unrepeatable heart turn? Yours is bungee jumping . We propose two places: Arbo or Noia . No matter which one you choose, it is one of the best sensations you are going to experience.

• Because the interior of our land is also full of dark treasures, speolology is a great way to discover Galicia. We take you to Arcoia , Buraca das Choias , Ceza or Traslacosta . All cavities of great interest at a tourist and more professional level. Who Said Claustrophobia?

• If your animal instinct still pulls you, climbing is a good way to remember that we came from the monkey. Go climbing Silleda , Galiñeiro Vigo or Padrón and look at everything around you from above.

At Aventura Noroeste we seek that each experience you live with us is unique and remains to be remembered. bungee jumping is one of them, so we encourage you not to wait any longer to try one of the greatest experiences that you cannot miss in life.

We are going to propose you two locations, both equally spectacular and exciting. You can try one and corroborate that you love that unique sensation that you will experience, come to the other.

The first proposal is in Arbo , in the province of Pontevedra . Known for its wine-making tradition and excellent gastronomy, it is also a good opportunity to jump into the void on the Arbo-Melgaço bridge and have a good day.

You can jump up to 8 people an hour, so if you have a crazy trip with friends it is the right time to remember that you are still very young.

The second option is on the Muros-Noia estuary bridge, it is in La Coruña . With the same exciting features as the previous option, you will also have to be at least 6 people to jump.

In both cases we will take advantage of the daytime hours to program the activity and thus, with the greatest of the highs, you can enjoy the magnificent land in which we find ourselves.

• Arcoia , in the surroundings of Caurel will show you the bowels of our land, its spectacular formations that await inside.

• Ceza is another of our caves that we like to visit the most. Stalactites, stalagmites and amazing columns will take us to a totally spectacular environment.

• Buraca das Choias will allow you to get to know the subsoil in a unique way through its catholes and its different formations.

• The Traslacosta caves are a perfect choice for the most curious. The eccentric formations of these cavities will enchant experts and novice speologists.

No matter which promotion of all that we offer you choose, we will provide you with the best guarantee and professionalism, in addition to providing you with the necessary material to practice this activity.

We do not ask you to have previous experience , since we will adapt the day to your level, but it will be essential that you do not have vertigo. As advice, we will tell you to come with clothes that are as comfortable as possible and with sports shoes if you do not have specific boots.

We propose three different points: Silleda , Galiñeiro or Padrón . Each one with different qualities but all give you the same feeling of freedom.

You will have to use your physical strength and with a few tips and techniques, you will learn to position your feet in the best way so that the ascent becomes easier and more satisfactory every time.

We are convinced that if you have never tried it, you will be totally hooked on climbing, and we will be waiting for you.

Is there nothing that throws you more than a little madness and the best landscape? Northwest Adventure takes you to canyoning to the best canyons of the Galician geography so that for a few hours you forget everything.

We are a team of adventurous professionals that with our experience and the best vibes, we go through different ravines that will make you enjoy, jump, rappel and take a refreshing dip. You can choose between the following:

• Remaining in the parking lot of Cerdedo, our expedition to the Cavadosa ravine will begin. We will cross the riverbed, crossing the accidents that are presented to us.

• The Verdugo ravine , is perfect for those who already have some experience but do not want to pull many technicalities to have a good time.

• If you are looking for fun with excitement, the Cerves river canyon gives it to you. With several jumps, rappels and spectacular pools, they will make you have a great day with yours.

• Belonging to the locality of O Rosal , the Rego Da Cal ravine is another great option to do a little goat with your friends and have fun.

In any case, we will provide you with the safety equipment and the complete equipment so that there are no frights. You must bring trekking shoes or with the sole as hard as possible and that is waterproof, in addition to a replacement clothing to change at the end of the activity.
