Speleology in Sobredo initiation 3 hours

Caving in Galicia is one of the most interesting activities you can find. Discovering the bowels of the Earth is a unique experience that you cannot miss. Come to Sobredo and explore the various formations that have been created over thousands of years.

The activity will last around 3 hours in which one of our expert monitors will also be the ideal guide to take you through the different galleries of the caves in the Caurel area.

Our meeting point will be Seoane do Caurel. There, we will give you everything you need for the activity: safety explanations, equipment and material (helmet, frontal and suit).

You will become a true speleologist who will contemplate the different stalactites, stalagmites, caves and cat flaps . To enter the caves, there may be an approximation of between 30 and 45 minutes, depending on the access and unevenness of each area.
