Caving session 3 hours, Folgoso Do Courel

For the most curious, we have prepared an adventure in which exploring and discovering corners will be our main task. Come and enjoy the caves of Folgoso Do Courel with this unforgettable experience. In this activity, which will last between 2 and 3 hours, we will be able to see all types of underground geological formations, such as stalagmites, stalactites, underground rivers, galleries... and much more! You will be fascinated by what this activity can offer you. You do not need to have previous experience doing caving to delve into this experience.

At all times, you and your group will be accompanied by expert guides, who will explain to you from the first moment what the activity will consist of and all the security measures. We will organize you in small groups so as not to damage the natural environment and we will provide you with all the necessary material to enjoy the experience.
