Speleology in Arcoia initiation 3 hours

Come and see one of the most beautiful caves in Galicia, the Aroica cave. During this caving session, we will enter spectacular cavities with geological formations that will leave you speechless. We will pass through numerous natural galleries with the help of headlights to illuminate the path.

This activity may last between 2 and a half and 3 and a half hours, depending on the level of each group. Throughout the excursion you will be accompanied and guided by a professional monitor, who will explain everything you want to know about speleology and the area. Before starting, we will provide you with the necessary equipment for the activity: suit, helmet and headlamp.

Come to the O Courel area, in the province of Lugo, and discover the secrets hidden in the subsoil of Galicia. During the tour, we will go through cat flaps and easy climbs, as well as drags and paths that we will have to overcome while crouching.

Remember to bring waterproof footwear, such as rubber or mountain boots. Go ahead and discover amazing stalactites, stalagmites and lava flows in an adventure that you will always remember. We are waiting for you!
