Desafío Ocio is a Galician company located in the heart of Pontevedra, inLalín, which organizes adventure activities throughout Galicia.

Adventure sports have more and more followers who not only seek strong emotions but also enjoy the environment around them and spend a pleasant day in nature outdoors.

In Leisure Challenge they have different adventure areas:

• Water: you can do rafting, hydrospeed, canoeing and canoe routes in the wildest and most impressive rivers in Galicia. You will descend the Ulla River while enjoying the landscape, you will travel through the Miño at full speed and cross the Deza River and all its currents. They also have initiation activities in pools and natural reservoirs for beginners

• Air: enjoy the Galician landscapes admiring them from above with paragliding and ultralight flights. Furthermore, if you are passionate about aviation, you can learn to pilot an ultralight plane and set your own course while you soar through its lands.

• Mountain: the mountains of Galicia are perfect for doing all kinds of activities in them, you can ride on the back of a fantastic horse. The hiking routes offered in Desafío are also a great attraction. You can climb the walls of the Galician mountains and jump down a fantastic zip line at a great height. For the most daring, they have also prepared canyoning, rappelling and bungee jumping from the highest bridges in the province of Pontevedra and Coruña.

• Multi-adventure: enjoy the mountains with your friends or family with orienteering races in which you will learn to love the mountains. Or if you want to get your adrenaline pumping with your friends, at Desafío they offer you paintball games on tracks with natural and artificial obstacles

All the material you need to carry out any of the activities will be lent to you by Desafío, make sure you wear comfortable clothes and are eager to have fun and experience unrepeatable emotions.

At Desafío Ocio we like group sports and that you enjoy strong emotions with your friends, which is why we have prepared a paintball court where you can enjoy this sport of a very fun way.

In the heart of Galicia, in the municipality of Lalín is our paintball field waiting for you and your friends to come play and fight in an epic battle that you will remember for a long time.

So that you have a great time and enjoy paintball, we will organize different games in which each team will adopt a role and will not only limit themselves to shooting but will also create strategies to defeat the enemy.

Each activity lasts 2 hours and you can enjoy different packages from the most basic with fewer balls to the most professional. In any case we will leave you the paintball gun, balls and eye and face protection. You and your friends should come dressed in comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and comfortable shoes with a resistant sole since you will be running through difficult mountain terrain.

Archery is a legendary sport that requires a high level of concentration. If you want to test your aim on a target located 25 meters away and show that you are the best with the bow, at Desafío Ocio we will organize an archery activity.

We offer you two options, you can come to our facilities to shoot arrows with us or we can organize an archery session wherever you want. It is a highly recommended activity to do at patron saint festivities, sports activities in high schools and endless other possibilities.

There are different types of archery: precision, Olympic and intuitive shooting. Depending on your level, we will recommend one type or another, although whatever modality you are going to do, our instructors will be attentive to you at all times.

Bring your friends, your partner, the children, the grandparents... Everyone will enjoy shooting with the bow!

The bows and arrows we leave them to you. You will have to bring comfortable clothes and a lot of concentration to be the best arrow thrower.

Learning to drive a canoe is one of the most refreshing, easy and fun water sports you can do with Desafío Ocio in Galicia.

The rivers that cross Galicia have highly recommended characteristics for these activities. With the canoe activities that we have organized you will be able to explore the Ulla River as it passes through the Brocos section and the Deza River near the town from Dozón. In its waters you will find rapids and currents that will make you descend the river at full speed. If what you want is something quieter, we also have an activity at the Portodemuros reservoir where you will have the help of the professionals from the ADER nautical center.

As an essential requirement, we ask that you know how to swim and have acceptable physical fitness since stamina is required to endure the entire route paddling and directing the canoes.

This activity is designed to be done in groups so its duration will vary depending on your needs and preferences.

Zip line descent is a very simple and addictive activity for all those who do it. At Desafío Ocio they invite everyone to enjoy a zip line descent in the Silleda area with a route full of emotion.

No experience is necessary to descend with a zip line, the only thing recommended is that you do not have an excessive fear of heights since the unevenness that you cross can cause an impression.

The rope, pulleys, harness and helmet will make it easier for you Desafío Ocio. You should only bring comfortable clothing to move easily and so that your movements are not hindered.

Ziplining is a sport that can be practiced with the little ones and that can be perfect for excursions with schools or groups of friends who want to celebrate end-of-year trips or have a different vacation.

We will organize the transportation to Silleda and we will agree with you so that you can come to one of the meeting points that we have throughout the area.

Touring the Costa da Morte at the controls of an ultralight aircraft is an unrepeatable experience that Desafío Ocio has prepared for you.

The flight while piloting the ultralight plane will last about 30 minutes in which you will rise from the Castriz runway reaching up to 70 kilometers per hour. For those who have never flown, we have prepared a complementary baptism that lasts around 15 minutes in which you will learn to handle the plane safely while enjoying the scenery.

You will fly over the Costa da Morte area but you choose the final route. You will be the pilot and in charge of designing the route, although before doing it you will have to show it to the instructors so that they can study if it can be done. You can't even imagine the richness that can be seen from this coastline when you reach hundreds of meters above the ground.

You will go with a professional pilot so the activity is completely safe. And, for the most daring, you will have the opportunity to pilot the plane yourself for half an hour. Always, of course, under the careful supervision of the pilot and following all his instructions.
First of all, it begins with a theoretical initiation that the pilot will be happy to share with you. By understanding some basic concepts to be in the air, flying always grows in interest.

The boats offer a lot of safety and are self-emptying, which allows them to remain stable throughout the journey.
