Vaguadaventura is a refreshing option to escape the heat and boredom especially in the warmer months of the year with proposals for the Miño River descending its fast waters >. In addition to this, we invite you to play the fashion adventure sport, the paintball.

The water sports that we present to you are carried out along the section of the Miño River, the most abundant of all Galicia, which finds the border with Portugal, in the province of Pontevedra.

We leave from the Frieira reservoir and go down the riverbed to the municipality of Arbo. The reservoir ensures from spring and throughout the summer enough flow to guarantee descents with guarantees.

Try the Minho with these boats:

• Rafting : the largest of all, we take you with your group to a raft with capacity up to 8 people.
• Kayaks: boats for 2 people, narrow and highly maneuverable.
• Hidrospeed: A lot of adrenaline uploaded to a table where you are lying and stuck to the water.

Out of the water we have battles of paintball in our field in the forest. Games surrounded by nature always green and alive with very varied games.

Try with us the rafting by the steep slopes of the Miño river in the first section of its river course that borders Portugal. We leave from the town of Arbo downstream bypassing all kinds of obstacles while shoveling the waters.

We can accommodate within the pneumatic raft a number that goes from 6 to 8 people.

Each raft will be directed by a monitor that will be in charge of giving instructions to each of the team members in order to maintain the good course of the boat.
This descent of the Miño does not involve too much difficulty being practicable by anyone even if they do not have experience in the matter.
Spring is the best time to come down the waters of the Miño by rafting since the abundant rainfall of these dates leads to a greater flow.

Vaguadaventura has kayaking courses and descents along the Miño River in stretches full of fast and rugged areas, ideal for touring in one of these boats.

To learn the basics of whitewater kayak management we do courses with levels of initiation, improvement and shifting.

The courses last 3 half days and after them you can defend yourself with total autonomy uploaded to a kayak.

We work with small groups that must not exceed 6 people , serving all members perfectly.

In addition to the courses we make descents with a guide of several hours varying the sections of the river depending on the level you accredit in the kayak.

You can choose two-seater kayaks to be accompanied during the crossing.

The hidrospeed is the vehicle that generates the strongest sensations in a river and we invite you to try it through the white waters of the Miño river . It is the closest thing to surfing in the heart of Galicia.

We will give you a table on which you will lie in the water a few centimeters from the ground , while surfing the rapids of the river.

You will also have fins to give you momentum in the slowest points of the Miño channel that we cross.

We will go down in small groups that will be headed by a guide who will go kayaking regulating the descent speed.

The helmet will protect us from any shock and the neoprene will keep us dry inside avoiding getting too cold with the low water temperatures.

Spring is generally the best time to make hydrospeed by the greater amount of water that goes down the riverbed of the Miño.

Vaguadaventura has for you a paintball game between forests inside the province of Pontevedra where you will feel like soldiers of the very Vietnam War. You will not miss anything for you to recreate battles with several hours of games.

We have two clearly differentiated modalities:

• Speedball: Paintball mode in which you play very quickly in a small field.
• Paintball in the forest: Longer games in an extensive grove and scrubland where strategy is less important.

The duration of each of the games will go from 5 minutes to half an hour in general. We will chain the games to complete about 2 hours of paintball.

Our camps can accommodate up to 20 people.
