Route of the waterfall on horseback in Ortigueira 3 hours

If you have ridden horse before, and you are looking for a somewhat extensive route , in the Coruña area of Ortigueira , we have a perfect one for you and your people . It will be a horseback excursion of 10.5 kilometers long and its difficulty is medium-low.

It is a journey, starting from our farm, in which we will go to the beautiful Rego de Guitín waterfall, passing through the Muiños de Pontenoval and the abandoned Muiño de Aparceiros , a communal mill used by residents of the area to grind grain.

It is a 3 hour excursion, in which we will pass through places of great interest, such as:

• The mountains of Cal da Loba .
• La Casa Rural do Vilar .
• Mera de Arriba .
• Of course, the waterfalls themselves, a key point of the route.
• Rio Mera.
• Viaduct bridge.
• The island of the Mera river .
